Ashley Schenk is a senior at Round Lake High School. She is the colorguard/winterguard captain, in Panther Crew, National Honor Society, 4H, Round Lake/Fox Lake Rotary, and College Ambassadors. She has chosen to be a part of the journalism team because writing is a way for her to express her creativity and who she is as a person. She enjoys writing about things she cares about, as well as gaining new insights on RLHS. She loves the diversity of RLHS and learning about the different people she goes to school with. She loves music, dance, spending most of her time at concerts, and finding new artists/music. Her favorite quote is from "Beauty and the Beast": “Do not be deceived by appearances, for beauty is found within."
