What is that you hear? That would be the ringing of the recently discovered black hole. Scientists have just come across this extraordinary ringing that seems to have proved Albert Einstein’s theory on general relativity correct. This discovery foretells the pitch and decay rate of these unique tones that are set by the black hole’s mass and rotation spin. This amazing new discovery has shocked many in the science field since its first occurrence.

Scientists and astronomers have just found the recent ringing of the black hole that has occurred in our galaxy. The first finding of this appeared Sept. 9, 2015 . These newly found black holes occur when the center of a large star collapses in upon itself.

Details and information are still being researched and investigated by scientists. Meanwhile, many wonder how it is possible that black holes occur.

“Black holes give off gravitational waves,” said Mr. Robert Rosenberg one of the science teachers at Round Lake High School. “They wave is out in pulses.” These gravitational waves caused a ringing that made it possible for scientists and astronomers to hear.
